Business websites & systems

What if your next order came in while you were sleeping?

Imagine waking up to a new booking, an order, or a customer who has already told you exactly what they need. A thoughtfully built website helps people find you, trust you, choose what they want, and even pay you — while you're working, with family, or asleep.

Your 24-hour salesperson. Your always-open storefront.

No calls required — just tell me what you need.

What could this look like for your business?

A few examples of what a website can quietly take care of. Each one can be built for you.

    Baker or food business

    Customer Website You

Someone orders a custom cake at 9 pm. They choose the size, flavour, decoration and pickup date. The website records every detail, checks your availability or asks for your approval, and can collect payment securely. You receive one organised order instead of a long message thread.

    Less coordination. More time creating.

    Painter or contractor

    Customer Website You

A homeowner browses your past projects, uploads photos and measurements, and requests a quote. Everything arrives in one tidy place, and an agreed deposit can be collected once the job is approved.

Less back-and-forth. More time finishing projects.

    Appointment-based business

    Customer Website You

A client reviews your services, picks an open time, receives an instant confirmation, and can pay ahead if you choose.

Fewer scheduling messages. More time with clients.

Online ordering, bookings, payments and automations are optional additions, scoped and priced separately from the Business Website package.

What a business website actually is

Your hardest-working salesperson — open 24/7, never tired, the reason a stranger trusts you enough to call.

A real business website is where someone decides — in about five seconds — whether you're credible, whether you do what they need, and whether to reach out. Done right, it earns trust, ranks on Google, captures leads, and quietly sells for you while you're doing the actual work. Done badly or skipped, you're paying the cost in lost calls you never even knew about.

What you actually get from doing this well

    • Visitors understand what you offer before they reach out, so conversations start further along
    • Helps people find you on Google without paying for every click
    • Signals quality, so you can compete on trust instead of price
    • Captures inquiries after hours, on weekends, and while you're busy with someone else

What it quietly costs you to skip it — or do it badly

    • Competitors win the click — Google trust takes months you don't get back
    • Leads see a weak site, never call, and you have no idea they were there
    • You compete on price instead of trust, because nothing on the site signals quality
    • Every referral Googles you and quietly downgrades their confidence
    • Your team keeps answering the same questions a good site would answer once

You shouldn't be the one writing copy at midnight, picking fonts, or wrestling a page builder. Hand me the business; I build the site that sells it — fast, clean, and built to grow with you.

    What I build

From a beautiful business website to bookings, order collection, secure payments, customer intake, dashboards and custom tools. Start simple and add more as you grow — the Business Website package covers the essentials, and extras are scoped separately.

    Custom dashboards & internal tools

A clear view of what matters, built for how your team actually works.

    Workflow automation systems

Quietly handle the repetitive steps so people can focus on real work.

    CRM & client tracking systems

Keep relationships, follow-ups, and details from slipping through the cracks.

    Data + communication hubs

One trustworthy place where information lives and updates flow.

    Client / member experience flows

Smooth, thoughtful journeys that feel calm from first touch to follow-up.

Operational systems tailored to your workflow

Designed around how your business actually runs — not the other way around.

Before you build: if you haven't validated the idea, done the market research, or mapped the business yet, start with Business Backwards: learn how to validate your business idea — a free companion site I built for exactly this. Then come back here ready to build.

    What's slowing your business down?

What would you do with your time if the repetitive work took care of itself?

Imagine fewer evenings catching up on paperwork, fewer hours in spreadsheets, and less time sending the same messages and reminders. Technology can handle many of those steps, so you and your team can focus on the work that actually needs you.

    For owners

Less repetitive work, and more time for family, relationships, creativity, customers, and life outside the business.

    For teams

Automation isn't about replacing people. When your team spends less time on repetitive tasks, they can put their skills into customers, patient care, problem-solving and growing the business.

Let technology handle the repetition. Let people do the meaningful work.

    What this could look like

Calmer days and fewer missed orders.

    Healthcare teams

    Today:
Tracking supplies on paper or in spreadsheets.
    Technology could:
Log supply requests and stock movements, keep usage records, and flag low stock.
    What it gives you:
    More time for patient care.

    Contractors & service businesses

    Today:
    Chasing details, documents and follow-ups.
    Technology could:
Organise inquiries, collect documents, and send estimate follow-ups and status updates.

    More time on the job.

    Nonprofits & community groups

    Today:
Managing sign-ups and reminders by hand.
    Technology could:
Handle registration, confirmations, volunteer reminders and tracking.
    What it gives you:
    More energy for the mission.

    A real system I built

A real example: making healthcare supply tracking easier.

Care Closet began with a home-health agency owner whose team was tracking medical supplies across patient homes by hand. Supplies were hard to keep track of, reorders were guesswork, and nurses were spending time on inventory instead of care. I built a calm supply-tracking tool that is working for her team today, and I'm now developing it for other home-health agencies.

    Everything included

Everything you need to have a real online presence — handled.

Everything a real business website needs to look credible, get found, and turn visitors into customers — handled by one person who's done this many times, so you can stay focused on running the business.

    Beautiful, intentional design

Design matters to me. Clean, clear, visually drawing people in. I put real care into how your site looks and feels.

    Clear, well-structured words

Bring notes, rough ideas, or existing materials. Core positioning and website copy are included within agreed scope; deeper research and specialized long-form copy are optional extras.

    SEO done right

Metadata, structure, sitemap, Google Search Console, indexing — set up so the right people can actually find you.

    High-quality OG images + favicon

Share previews that look intentional when your link is posted anywhere, plus a clean favicon. I handle it.

    Built secure from day one

Modern, secure foundation. HTTPS, dependency hygiene, sensible defaults baked into the build.

    Mobile-optimized

Fast, clean, beautiful on every device.

    Optional Easy Update Dashboard

Want to edit text, photos, or events yourself? Add the dashboard as an extra, or let a care plan handle edits for you.

    Launch + indexing

Submitted to Google, live and findable from day one.

One person who knows your site — me

    Available to actually help.

What you actually have to do: share a few key details about you and your work, answer my clarifying questions, and let me handle the rest. I've got this. The whole point is to take it off your hands so you can focus on what you're actually trying to build.

To keep all of this watched, updated, and growing over time — security checks, SEO upkeep, dependency updates, content edits — you can hand it to me through an Ongoing Care plan or send work à la carte. Either way, you're not alone with it.

    Why this actually matters

What a real website does for you — and what it quietly costs you not to have one.

What a great website actually does for you

    • Becomes your most reliable first impression — working 24/7 even when you're not
    • Earns trust in the first 5 seconds people land
    • Turns curious visitors into clients, members, donors, or subscribers
    • Gets you found on Google by people already searching for what you offer
    • Makes the right people stay, the wrong ones self-select out — saving you time
    • Compounds: every month indexed is a month of accumulating visibility
    • Frees you to focus on your actual work, not on explaining yourself over and over

What it quietly costs you not to have one — or to have a weak one

    • Invisible to Google — people searching for you find competitors instead
    • Lose trust at first click when the site looks dated, slow, or broken on mobile
    • Leads leak through the cracks — no clear next step, no easy way to reach you
    • Look smaller or less serious than you actually are
    • Spend your own energy re-explaining what a site could explain once, well
    • Every month without it is a month of compounding visibility you can't get back

This is what I do, and I love doing it. Tell me a few key details about what you're building — I'll take it from there.

Business Backwards: learn the steps from business idea to growth ↗

    Just enough to get started!

You don't need everything ready. Tick what you have, copy it, or send it on WhatsApp. Rather talk? Send a voice note with any photos, files, or links. I'll transcribe it and work from there. Questions are always welcome.

Details stay on this device. They are added to your message only when you press WhatsApp, Text, or Copy, and nothing is sent until you press Send.

A tick means you have it ready, not that it's been sent.

    Need more than a website?

Apps, workflows, and systems are scoped individually. Starting prices are shown where they make sense.

    Before you invest

You don't need to build everything at once. Many projects begin with the smallest viable next step and grow thoughtfully over time. If we start with a landing page, strategy session, or another early step, your investment can often be credited toward future work as the project evolves.

The goal isn't to sell you more than you need. The goal is to help you take the most thoughtful next step from where you are today.

    A note about budget

If one of these projects feels aligned but the investment feels challenging, please don't hesitate to reach out. Every situation is different. For meaningful projects, nonprofits, community organizations, advocacy efforts, early-stage founders, and ideas with strong potential, I'm often happy to explore alternative scopes, phased approaches, or creative solutions that help get things moving thoughtfully. I'd rather have a conversation than let a good idea stay stuck.

    Just Start Landing Page

One focused page to get you online, fast

    From US$1,500
    • One page with up to 5 sections
    • Contact form, basic search setup
    • Editing dashboard available as an extra

    Focused MVP / Web App

A narrowly scoped first version of a tool or portal

    From US$7,500+
    • One core workflow, scoped in writing
    • Hosting and support scoped separately
    • Maintained by me so nothing breaks unexpectedly

    Workflows & Automation

Connect your tools and remove repetitive steps

    Custom quote
    • Small automations or internal tools
    • Integrations between the tools you use
    • Quoted after a short description of the problem

    Complex Apps / Systems

    Multi-user systems and larger builds

    Custom quote
    • Accounts, roles, and databases
    • Custom dashboards
    • Discovery and a written proposal first

Every project is different. Some need a simple landing page. Others need strategy, systems, integrations, workflows, custom tools, or ongoing collaboration. If budget is a real constraint and the mission feels meaningful, I'm always happy to have a conversation and explore what's possible. I'd rather help you start thoughtfully than let a good idea remain stuck.

    Optional extra

    Easy Update Dashboard, from US$750.

Want to change approved text, photos, services, or announcements yourself, without touching code? Add a simple editing dashboard to your website. Prefer not to? A monthly care plan includes simple edits done for you.

Apps, dashboards, and custom systems are maintained by me under a separately scoped plan.

Add it in the price builder
    What's included

Every project is different. Depending on your package, my work includes:

    • Clear page structure & positioning
    • User experience (UX) design
    • Core positioning & website copy within agreed scope
    • Search engine optimization (SEO)
    • Mobile-friendly design
    • Fast-loading performance
    • Front-end development
    • Optional Easy Update Dashboard (priced separately)
    • Forms & lead capture workflows
    • Trust-building design elements
    • Integrations & automation (quoted separately)
    • Guidance, collaboration, and thoughtful problem solving throughout the process

The goal isn't simply to build something beautiful. It's to create something useful, clear, sustainable, trustworthy, easy to maintain, and genuinely aligned with your goals.

    A third path

If your problem might be many people's problem — let's talk.

Some problems I can clearly see live in many businesses, not just yours. When the pattern is right, I sometimes co-build the tool with you at reduced cost — in exchange for being the first real-world deployment, helping shape it, and sharing what we learn with others in your field.

    Ongoing Care

You don't have to keep this site alive alone.

Most of my clients want one less subscription, one less login, one less thing to remember. Ongoing Care plans quietly handle the parts that drain you — content updates, small design changes, SEO upkeep, and (if you'd like) your domain and hosting too. One monthly subscription, one person who knows your site.

Not ready for a monthly plan? You can also send edits à la carte and I'll quote them piece by piece. Most clients find that after two or three small edits a month, a plan saves money — and the real value is knowing I'm here when something breaks, when Google changes the rules, or when you just want a quick update done well.

    A note before you write

It can feel like a lot. Let me carry the parts that drain you.

Strategy, copy, SEO, sitemap submission, Google indexing, and the architecture of how your site shows up — all of it can live on my desk. You bring the vision and the voice. We can grow what we build together whenever you're ready.

If something feels harder than it should be — let's fix it.

    No pressure. Just clarity.
